Platinum Strata believes that Strata Management is not just about managing buildings but about taking the lead in building communities & building neighbourhoods by being empowered to create and enhance the right community spirit together with a sense of well-being among disconnected individuals within.

Platinum’s vision is to enhance the ‘livability’ of a building and the functions of an Owners corporation under the Owners Corporations Act 2006, which should expressly include community building principles and practices by allowing various activities but not limited to organising and funding groups, clubs, and activities.

Because it takes more than bricks and mortar to add the beat to your development, people and how they interact give life to your vision.
